This notice explains privacy for Overtime Tracker: Hours and the Ceum Labs website. App records and website enquiries are handled differently.

Overtime Tracker: your records stay on your device

Overtime records, hourly rates and app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Ceum Labs. No account is required. The app does not use advertising, analytics or tracking technologies, and Ceum Labs does not collect personal data from it.

You control records you enter and files you export. CSV backups and PDF reports may contain your working-time information; choose carefully where you save or share them. Device backups are governed by your device settings and the service you use.

App Store purchases

Apple handles App Store downloads and in-app purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Ceum Labs does not receive your payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Contacting us

When you email us or use the contact form, we receive the contact details and message you provide. We use them to answer your enquiry, provide support and keep relevant correspondence. Our lawful basis for responding to email enquiries is our legitimate interest in supporting our users and running the business. Where the form requests consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Providing contact details is your choice, but we need an email address to reply. Please avoid sending payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Enquiries are handled through our website and email service providers. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations.

Website hosting and visitor statistics

This website uses IONOS MyWebsite Now and SiteAnalytics. IONOS processes technical visit information such as the page requested, referring page, browser, operating system, device type and time of access for statistics and technical optimisation. IONOS states that SiteAnalytics anonymises IP addresses immediately after transmission and does not use cookies. This website processing is separate from the app’s local-only records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal information we hold, restrict its use, object to processing or request data portability. Contact support@ceumlabs.co.uk to make a request. We cannot access or retrieve app records stored only on your device. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.

Children and future apps

Overtime Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Privacy information for Flexi-Time Tracker will be confirmed when it launches.
